What the ambi-nosy babies ate in August

Posted 09-01-2010 at 07:24 PM by sandrachameleon (SandraChameleon's Blog)

A simply log of what prey was given to the NosyBe Ambilobe cross hatchlings during the month of August, 2010 (their second month of life).

Babies are fed multiple times a day(breakfast, maybe second breakfast, lunch, second lunch, and maybe super). Listing it all out makes for quite a big blog entry, but oh well!

Throughout the month they got two types (two sizes) of fruit flies, raised in four types of medium.

Supplements, if used, are indicated by: C=calcium...

More is not necessarily better

I watched someone "dusting" their cricket with Calcium + D3. I say dusting in quotes because it was actually more like painting or heavily coating the crickets. I dont dust my home much, but even at my house the dust layer has never been that opaque and thick.

Well, almost never. That top shelf in the back room probably looks pretty bad - Im too short to deal with it.

Anyhow, this person really should have known better. I know this person has been told to only...

Dear Diary, Pet Peeves

Posted 08-16-2010 at 02:56 PM by Syn

Lately it seems there is an influx of people who don't know how to use their keyboard.
There is so much text speak - if the rule for keeping boards in English is upheld, why would text speak be allowed?

PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATES! If you post a "oh how cute" to a thread that was last updated 5 years ago, there's a chance the chameleon isn't alive...
Or, perhaps.... maybe..... THERE'S A NEWER PICTURE UP.
I understand if you are updating a thread or offering...
