Best light?

What's the best wattage and make of basking spot I can use? Taking into consideration that I am from Northern Ireland therefore it's cold and raining 90% of the time lol so it's not the warmest of countries. The temperature, which is digitally monitored, sits around 78-82f but I don't think that's warm enough for him. Any suggestions very welcome

Most use 50-75 watt bulbs but it is all dependent on your ambient temperatures. I would get a 75 watt and go from there while monitoring temps.

yeah i think ill have to up the wattage as i only have a 60w in at the minute. Thanks
