I know it is a wren but I need some help in taking care of it I have seen the parents giving him some grasshoppers so I know he eats live food and not throwup should I use something for heat what about food and water

It looks like a fledgling, I would contact a nature center near you do they can properly care for it. Fledglings are not so dependent on their parents and are just learning to fly, they're normally old enough to recognize humans and will normally not take food from them.

The parents might still be caring for it while it is learning to become independent. I would call wildlife rescue and leave it alone.

Well I contacted the wildlife center and they insisted that there is nothing to do and said to keep it and help it eat abd drink my mon let him out and our cat killed him.......anyone want a cat???

Do you have crickets?

I'm 100% sure it will gladly take appropriately sized crickets or other feeder insects you have for your Cham/s!

Also flip some rocks and see if you can find some small earthworms/nightcrawlers.

You can water him/her with a dropper. It will/should catch on quickly that you are a source of it's food and will open it's mouth wehn you approach. Few drops of water at a time.
