AquaZamp

Has anyone experienced difficulties contacting someone at AquaZamp? I placed an order recently and so far the payment has cleared but the order is showing as "Processing"
I have e-mailed them several times but have yet to get a reply.

And the phone # 855-MIST-USA appears to not be working.

Any ideas?

You may need to check their office hours. I would call during the day some time around 3ish.

I would love to call but there is something wrong with the number.

I did have an issue a while back getting some nozzles from him. But he did end up mailing them and with extra stuff to make up for it.
From what i was told I guess he's have some family medical issues and has had problems keeping up.

Well......I'm not sure...... Maybe we'd if they have an alternate number?
