That's really cool! And like you said u get used to local wildlife... Here when we see a hedgehog most people think that it's a porcupine but many people say that is the cites thing I've ever seen! My mom thought both of those things and I'm like mom it's a hedgehog of a porcupine! And I have too explain the differences to her.... But it's fun! Sadly... I may never own one but it should be fun if I go to some countries where hedges are wild and see them free roam! And not to be asking too much but how much do hedges cost in the UK? Here they cost $100 - $300, which is £64-£192
My boy was £105, which I thought was a bargain .
It's quite rare to see them roam cos they're nocturnal. I usually hear them snuffling around on the lawn late at night or making noises at my cat. I always have to pick them up for a cuddle cos it feels special to see one, not that the hedgehogs appreciate that! Lol
I'd love to see a wild porcupine, but I can't see how they look like hedgehogs lol I'd love to see a racoon even more, they're so cool
