Anyone from the GTA?

Fairly new to the forums, just looking to see if there is anyone from the Greater Toronto Area?

theres a number of us. I have never actually made a post looking but have had several reply to my post saying their in the gta have also had other inbox me. Welcome to the forums, what kind of cham do you have?

Thanks for the welcome jamjam. It's just I was reading through the forums and it seems everyone it talking about the heat and that most are from the warm south. I just figured I would put it out there is all.

I originally purchased a male panther from a reptile expo and "he" turned out to be a "she". Although this is not my first reptile, it is my first chameleon and I wasn't prepared for a female. I spoke with the breeder and returned Ducky to him and I am currently waiting for my male.

people from everywhere, oh really hopefully wait isnt too long and congrats on your first cham. If you don't mind me asking what expo and vendor did you end up buying from? I'm looking to pick up a panther shortly

I went to the reptile expo at downsview park last month, and its to my understanding that there is going to be another one on February 2/14. I purchased my panther from Chameleonland and Patrick has been wonderful. If your interested, I can provide you with his contact information.

I was actually at that expo, I spoke with them and got all their information but thanks a lot. Have 3 private breeders im keeping in touch with atm.

Feb sounds about right for the next one the CRBE at international centre few months back was amazing would have liked to have been ready than.

Post pics of your guy when you get him, and hopefully we get some others from the GTA into this thread

I'll post pictures for sure, I was so sad to see Ducky go but I knew it was the responsible thing to do. The breeder said he is going to keep her and if I am interested in breeding in a years time he will give her back to me.

Can't wait to get my little guy, as soon as he is big enough to come home I'm going to pick him up!

Oh nice that you have oppurtunity to breed if you'd like sounds good. Look forward to seeing the little guy

I'm from southern Ontario, just outside of the GTA. I have a male ambilobe panther about 6.5 months old.

So happy!!! He's still working on settling in so he's pretty camouflaged... I'll get a good pic in another day or two.
