advise please,baby question

my eggs have started to hatch and one of the babies is not eating and spends all his time on the top under the light running around and at night he goes to sleep and as soon as the light goes on he's back under it.
i dont have a basking light its just a florescent . he is now 2 days old . should i put a low watt basking lamp in or what.
any advise is greatly appreciated

What is the temp in the cage. If it is not warm enough, they will sit under the UV light so they can warm up.
It can take babies several days to begin eating.

they are in an exo terra screen cage and the temp is around 80.
