Is 5 months to young to go into 2 x 2 x 4 enclosure?

Daario is a good hunter for crickets and takes his worms and dubias from a cup. I just got my Aquazamp and table and am wondering if it is too soon to move him from his crib to his forever enclosure?

I can wait, but I am going to set up the second large enclosure and get it planted and plumbed, but I'm just wondering if will be too big for him.

No I don't think so. I have had Omar in his big boy cage since I brought him home with no problems. I did take him out every day to feed him.

I put my guy in his big boy cage at about 5 months. I think as long as they can get their food without a problem, it should be fine. He hunts really well, and cup feeds, so I just watched and made sure he was still eating well. He really does use all the space, so I'm glad I switched him to the bigger cage. He climbed the ceiling a lot in the baby cage, and now he NEVER does that, so I take that as a sign that he likes the new place better. :)

Thanks for the input. I would like to get the area for them both set up and complete this week and not have to go back to it for a while. Ha Ha like I can leave it alone for a week.

I will post pics as I go of my setup build. Its going to be fun!

I'm looking forward to see it. :) I keep adding things to my enclosures, too. Can't seem to stop myself, lol. I think the building, problem solving, adding plants and perches is part of the fun. I'm just glad my husband tolerates my craziness. ;)
